First topic.... gonna have to be on.... the iPhone

The now-ubiquitous iPhone has revolutionized the cell phone industry.... I remember when there used to be a distinct separation of types of cell phone. You had your standard candy bar, clamshell or slider phone with the same basic keypad we've been using since we switched to tone dialing in the 80s. This was the kind of phone your mother would keep in her glove box for emergencies. Then there was the mp3 phone, but that was for kids. The phone most of us used (pre-iPhone) was some sort of "smartphone". When a cell phone and a Palm Pilot love each other very much, they get married and make a smartphone. Whether it was a Treo, a CrackBerry, HP, or some other brand, it was all very much the same idea.

Then came the iPhone.

We all know about its interface and features that set the benchmark for all other phones to live up to. It's a phone you could use as a professional, but also buy for your mom.

But is it perfect for installers? Is it practical? Is it a CrackBerry killer?
